- Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. Your credit card number, billing address, and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. - Call Data: When your AI agent handles a call, we collect caller phone numbers, call transcripts generated by AI in real time, call summaries, and call metadata (duration, timestamps). FleetBell does not record or store audio from calls.
- Voice Processing: Our Service uses Retell AI for voice interaction. During a call, voice audio is streamed to Retell AI for real-time processing and response generation. No audio recordings are stored by FleetBell. Please refer to Retell AI's privacy practices for details on their data handling.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and login activity.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription

We rely on the following third-party services to operate FleetBell:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
- Retell AI: AI voice processing. Voice audio is streamed to Retell AI during calls for real-time conversation handling. No audio is stored by FleetBell.
- Cloudflare: Website hosting and content delivery.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share data with third-party providers only as necessary to deliver the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our Terms).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and secure access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
